Had to test out my new Flip at Park West tonight for the New Deal. It’s a bit shaky and on a slight angle at times (I propped it on a railing), but there’s some decent footage and the audio is listenable. If you see a dude pop-up on the right, just ignore him and he’ll go away. 
I would have recorded more but I forgot to empty the trash on my computer so my flip was nearly full… my bad.
This was definitely a test run! More to come…
Tip for recording live music:
Hold your finger over the mic on your camera (or phone) so the audio doesn’t clip and try not to move. Your finger will start to cramp, but suck it up… it’ll be worth it.
