Salmon Cakes Return with the Recipe!

They’re like the Godfather – part II was just as good as part I.

Here’s the recipe. Susan made it with two modifications:

  • 3/4 cup of whole wheat breadcrumbs instead of crushed saltines
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil instead of vegetable oil

Quinoa Stuffed Roasted Red Peppers with Creamy Basil Sauce

This is by far my favorite dish that Susan makes. I can’t even convey how delicious this basil sauce is!

Contains: quinoa, spinach, chickpeas, currants, basil, crème fraiche, garlic, and of course the peppers.
