Well, you might have noticed that I haven’t posted any new pictures of my wife, Susan’s, delicious culinary creations. Don’t worry, she hasn’t stopped cooking. You can find all of her original recipes and experiments at her shiny new blog, SweetSuie.com.

I will of course reblog some of her posts. However, aside from music, tech, and the occasional funny, you can expect to see a lot more of my dog Amit, because let’s face it, he’s much more popular than I am. :)

They’re like the Godfather – part II was just as good as part I.

Here’s the recipe. Susan made it with two modifications:

  • 3/4 cup of whole wheat breadcrumbs instead of crushed saltines
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil instead of vegetable oil
